● Interested candidates should complete and submit the Michigan Leadership Institute on-line
application found at www.mileader.org or http://www.applitrack.com/mileader/onlineapp.
Completed on-line applications must be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. on May 21, 2025.
● No “hard copy”, fax or emailed copies will be accepted. All materials will be treated confidentially
throughout the screening process only upon the written request of the candidate.

Our mathletes enjoyed Pi events at LSSU for an early Pi Day on Wednesday, March 12th. A lot of digits were passed around.




Congratulations to Ami Reintsma on receiving a "Love You Educator" Award from the EUPISD Parent Advisory Committee!!
Mrs. Reintsma goes above and beyond to support all students. She is especially good at building positive relationships with students. She gets to know them and is always willing to help. She is patient, and willing to try new plans to support students. She meets students at their level and supports them to improve. She is also great at supporting students with disabilities. She accommodates them accommodates them appropriately and shows them that she is on their team as she is also not afraid to advocate for students. She is an active member on our PBIS team. She is a leader in our building, and we are proud and blessed to have her at Pickford Public Schools!!

Pickford Students Make Waves in Conservation Partnership:
Pickford students are working with the Freshwater Research and Education (CFRE) through a grant-funded program to monitor local lakes, rivers, streams and watersheds. Mr. Peterson's students are featured in February's "Cloverland Connections" for their dedication to the conservation program. Check out the full article at:

The EUP ISD is offering Project Impact parent training programs. This is a great opportunity for parents of children on the autism spectrum as well as any children with social communication delays (ages 0-5).
Program objectives include:
~ Learn Techniques and Strategies to improve your child’s social communication skills
~ Gain confidence in providing intervention at home
~ Increase your child’s learning retention and ability to apply new skills
