Preparing for Demolition
Woodshop
A lot of preparations were made in anticipation of the demotion of the Multiroom and Woodshop.
Kitchen
Large items found new uses in the community. All items that could be salvaged or saved were cleared out. The electricity and plumbing were rerouted.
Multiroom
The basketball backboards were removed to find a new home as the flooring was removed for future projects. The demolition equipment moved in and temporary fencing was put in place. Windows were removed so they wouldn’t shatter during demolition. By the end of the week, the demolition crew was ready to begin taking down the woodshop and multiroom.
