The Michigan Association of School Boards (MASB) publishes the "Candidate’s Guide to School Board Elections" which provides an overview of the legal qualifications and procedures related to electing a board of education seat. Additionally, the guide gives candidates an introduction to the roles and responsibilities of school board members. This edition has been prepared for the Nov. 5, 2024 election.

Additionally, interested candidates may contact the district office at 906-647-6285 ext. 7302 for further information. Pickford Public Schools Board of Education Meetings are held monthly at 7:00 p.m. on the 3rd Monday of each month.
