KINDERGARTEN ENROLLMENT AND REGISTRATION

During enrollment, please have the following items with you:

  • Student's Birth Certificate (Must be original copy)

  • Immunization Record

  • Dental Screening (Must be completed within the first 6 months of school)

  • 1 form of Residency with Address (Example: Photo ID or Electric Bill)

 On the day of screening, please bring:

  • Your Child

  • Any forms that were not copied during the enrollment process

We are offering a Kindergarten Round Up/Registration on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 from 4:00-7:00 pm for all incoming Kindergarten students who will turn five years old by September 1st. 

Students who will turn five years old between September 1 and December 1 may sign a waiver by June 1st to enroll in Kindergarten.

Oral Health Assessment:

All children entering their first year of school must receive an oral health assessment (dental screening) prior to starting school. If you would like to have your child screened at our Kindergarten Round Up, please express your interest when you bring your child to the event.
