Aug 2022: Read about the LSSU collaboration...

October 2022: Mr. Peterson's Biology classes completed a comparative field study of Ashmun and Pendill's creeks with the help of Drew Heckman, a Lab Technician from LSSU's Center for Freshwater Research and Education.  Students examined physical and chemical parameters, such as pH, temperature, dissolved oxygen and conductivity, of each creek.  In addition, students also performed a macroinvertebrate analysis to examine the overall health of each creek.
